What are the fees for children?

It depends on your schooling status. Please call us to discuss your requirements.

When do I have to pay the cancellation fee?

For groups of up to 7 people, the charge will be applied from 3 days prior to the date of arrival, and for groups of 8 or more people, the charge will be applied from 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
Please note that this is subject to change depending on the plan.

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX and Diners cards when paying at the inn.

Can I pay by credit card in advance?

We accept reservations for some accommodation plans or by phone.
We accept VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX and Diners marked cards for advance payment.

※Depending on the cancellation date of your reservation, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged. In this case, only the cancellation fee will be deducted from your registered credit card. If the cancellation month is different from the month of the reservation (payment month), the cancellation month
The difference between the room rate and the cancellation fee will be refunded afterwards.

※Please note that it may take some time after the refund process is completed for the actual refund to be made to the customer. If you have any questions about the timing of your refund or the amount shown on your credit card statement, please contact your credit card company directly.

Can I make a smart phone payment?

We accept PayPay, Melpay, LINE Pay, d-payment and auPay.

I would like to give a gift of a stay, and I would like someone else to pay.

We accept payment in advance by credit card or bank transfer by e-mail or phone.
