Can I have a meal in my room?

Both dinner and breakfast are served at the restaurant.

Do you have a private dining room?

We do not have a private room for both dinner and breakfast.

Is it possible to specify the starting time of the meal?

It is not possible to make a firm commitment, but we will respond as much as possible.

What are the opening hours for dinner and breakfast?

It is as follows.
Dinner 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Last order 7:00 p.m.)
Breakfast 7:30-10:00 a.m. (Last order 9:30 a.m.)

Is there a dress code for meals?

Please refrain from wearing nightwear as it is eaten in the restaurant.

Do you take care of allergies?

Please contact the hotel at least 7 days in advance for allergy information.

Do you have any food for the elderly?

You can prepare smaller portions or cut the ingredients into smaller pieces. Also, if there is something you cannot eat, we will prepare a different dish for you with as much consideration as possible. Please consult with us in advance.

Do you have a meal menu for children?

We provide adult-grade meals for school-aged children.

Can I bring a drink to the dining area?

It is possible, but a fee of 3,000 yen (tax included) will be charged for each bottle.

Do you offer any additional dishes (a la carte)?

Sorry. There are no additional dishes available.

Is it possible to use the outpatient service for dinner only? And if so, do I need to make an appointment?

We only accept this service when you are staying with a guest.

Is there a place where I can have lunch in the hotel?

Sorry. No lunch is served.
